- Abstract
This research aims to highlight the role of innovation in improving the competitive advantage of economic enterprises. To achieve this goal have been identified the concepts of innovation, and it affects to competitive advantage, And presented the experience of Cevital leader in the food industry in this field. The most important Results that the adoption of innovation by Cevital has led to improved cost advantage through innovation in processes, organization and distribution, and improved differentiation through continuous development of the products.
