The article presents the case study of a 10-year-old boy who was evaluated at a pediatric dental clinic for dental trauma to the maxillary anterior dentition following a fall at school. After intraoral and extraoral examination of the boy, Ellis Class I fractures of the permanent maxillary central incisors were observed and it was also found that the missing tooth fragments were embedded in the lip.
