- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 5 month-old girl who was admitted with symptoms of bronchiolitis. It talks about the baby having a normal blood count, electrolyte and blood gas level which was determined through medical tests. It tells about the baby being diagnosed with cystic fibrosis (CF) which is a common mutation among children. It speaks about the childhood f the patient consisting of metabolic alkalosis,hypochloremia and hypokalemia.
