- Abstract
The article focuses on the comparison between urban and rural parents in Guatemala in terms of choice of acellular pertussis (aP) and oral poliomyelitis vaccines (OPVs). Topics discussed include a cross-sectional poll was done on consenting parents of children from June to July 2010, and results showed that inactivated polio vaccine is preferred by parents at urban clinics while parents at rural clinics chose OPVs due to a few vaccinations needed.
