- Abstract
This research explores the techno-stress derived from the use of technologies in preschool teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic and identifies the association with its creators and inhibitors. A quantitative and exploratory study was carried out with 54 women, who work in different rural and urban municipalities in Puebla, Mexico. The results showed that techno-invasion and technological overload are the main indicators of techno-stress in female teachers; In addition, the inhibitors would not be exercising their protective function, possibly due to the occasional and abrupt context caused by the pandemic. Finally, the need for more studies on the phenomenon in current sanitary conditions is suggested, with the aim of deepening its association with other variables.
