- Abstract
The text is an introduction to the excavation and study of the temple of Queen Tausret, conducted by the University of Arizona Egyptian Expedition from 2004 to 2016. The site, located in ancient Thebes, was previously excavated by W.M. Flinders Petrie in the 1890s. The present volume provides new insights and interpretations about the temple and its related areas. The excavation data, including records, field notes, and photographs, are available online for free access. The text also mentions the limitations of the study and recommends further work and analysis in the future.
