- Abstract
The article focuses on the efforts of the International Council for Exceptional Children (ICEC) to assist the Junior Red Cross in the U.S. The collaboration plans a hospitalized child program which was later broadened to include homebound children. The ICEC believes that all children should have the benefit of educational and recreational services. The author discusses the details of the Red Cross program for homebound and hospitalized children.
