- Abstract
A case study is presented which describes a subpulmonary obstruction from aneurysmal ventricular septum in a three-year-old child with dextrocardia and congenitally corrected transposition of the great arteries (TGA). Topics discussed include echocardiogram results, the association of TGA with multiple cardiac defects and surgical treatment of the condition. Patient outcome is noted.
