- Abstract
In this article, the author reflects on the significance of article titles in attracting and informing potential readers by referring to the title of the article "Multicultural Employees: A Framework for Understanding How They Contribute to Organizations" by S.R. Fitzsimmons. The author states that principles of the formation of colonic titles which includes presumption of knowledge, and presumption of ignorance. The author mentions the implications of the principles on the Fitzsimmons' article title in determining that readers are presumed to know about multicultural employees and are presumed not to understand the contribution of multicultural employees in an organization.
