- Abstract
The article presents research that examines the common bacteria that cause urinary tract infection (UTI) as well as their resistance to antibiotics at hospitals. The study shows the significant association of ampicillin resistance with hospital-acquired UTI than community-acquired UTI. It considers Escherichia coli as the most frequent uro-pathogen that can cause UTI.
