- Abstract
The article presents several documents, reports and legislation related to labor of the U.S. that appeared in the 1932 issue of the journal "American Economic Review." The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics has issued the following bulletins: No. 540, Union States of Wages and Hours of Labor, May 15, 1980. No. 547, Wages and Hours of Labor in Cane-Sugar Refining Industry, 1930; No. 549, Labor Legislation of Venezuela; No. 552, Labor Legislation, 1930. Bulletin No. 89 issued by the Women's Bureau of the federal Department of Labor relates to The Industrial Experience of Women Worker at the Summer Schools 1928 to 1930. The preliminary report of the Special Commission of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts on the Stabilization of Employment is printed under date of December 1981. Special Bulletin No. 171 of the New York Department of Labor is entitled Course of Factory Employment in New York State from 1921 to 1930. This bureau has also compiled Miscellaneous Labor Laws, with Amendments, Additions and Annotations to November 1, 1931.
