- Abstract
Among many different kinds of chronic wounds, the emphasis should be put on the wounds which developed during diabetes process. Accordingly the long time hypoglycemia it comes to endothelium cells dysfunction and to smooth muscle dysfunction which leads to the arteries light strictures and to coagulation increase. Tobacco smoking, hyperlipidaemia and other factors contribute to peripheral vessels sclerosis progression. Peripheral angiopathies lead to skin, soft tissues, feet and bottom limbs bones ischaemia and are the reason to trophic changes, necrosis and ulceration. In the following thesis the case of the diabetic foot syndrome patient has been presented and either the causative and local dealing in accordance with recommendations
