- Abstract
A free-catch midstream urine sample showed frequent budding yeast and mixed bacteria on initial presentation. Detached ciliary tufts/ciliocytophthoria were observed in very low numbers in follow-up urine samples and persisted until the passage of the final egg, 6 months after initial presentation.
