- Abstract
The article offers information on several medical studies as of April 2010. A study published in "Science" described the identification of a novel mode of bactericidal action in antibiotics resistant to Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains. The sequencing of about 577 billion bases of microbial DNA isolated from fecal samples of individuals from Denmark and Spain was reported in the journal "Nature." An assay for screening potential cancer drugs in the presence of stromal cells was described in the March 14 online issue of the journal "Natural Medicine."
