- Abstract
The article focuses on the use of computational linguistics to explore authorship of the joint judgments of the Mason Court and speculation about the authorship of landmark joint judgments. It mentions minds of the judiciary and legal profession as well as the legal academy and arguments against joint judgments is that they entail the loss of individual voice and due recognition for the development of the law and presence of judiciary and legal profession as well as the legal academy.
