- Authors
Chapman, Anna
- Abstract
The article provides an overview of dismissal law and unlawful termination law to prevent the unlawful dismissal in workplace under the new Fair Work Act 2009 (FW Act) in Australia. Accordingly, unlawful termination of employment must have appropriate minimum notice periods that are not based on discriminatory ground like race or sex.
