- Authors

- Abstract
The article focuses on a study that investigates the fresh dunite varieties from the core of Hole 7529 drilled in the central part of the Nizhni-Tagil Massif in Russia. An electron microscopic scanning of the dunite texture was used in the study that has allowed to establish the unique significant of grain boundaries while a microprobe element mapping demonstrated a clear difference of registered phases of chemistry. It adds that the crystallization of the fluid phase and the appearance of small amounts of antigorite in dunite have highlighted the reason why antogorite should be considered as late-magmatic.
