- Abstract
The article focuses on the participation of states in the international trade agreements such as Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA) of World Trade Organization. Topics discussed include entry of the U.S. significant number of international trade agreements that contain requirements applicable to state procurements, how agreements treat state government procurement coverage and conflict between the states and the U.S. Trade Representative on obligations of the agreements.
