- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 15 year old male baseball pitcher who complained of pitching-associated pain on his right elbow. The patient has no prior elbow injuries and the pain went away after a few hours of not pitching. Particular focus is given to the results of radiographs and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the affected part. Details about olecranon stress fractures in skeletally immature individuals, along with their causes and management, are provided.
