- Abstract
A case of internal iliac artery aneurysm is described. Overlooking this possibility primarily, as the authors did because of its uncommon Bocation, may lead to hazardous clinical deterioration. Therefore, when otherwise unexplained retroperitoneal bleeding occurs, the rare cause of ruptured internal iliac aneurysm should be considered as a possibility and explored accordingly.
