- Abstract
The article discusses the need to promote inquiry-based science learning to develop natural sense of curiosity and discovery among children. Topics discussed include widening disparities in science achievement, need for teachers to integrate meaningful, inquiry-based science experiences in curriculum and cross-cultural and international exchange of data about inquiry based teaching and learning between preschool-age children's science engagement.
