- Abstract
The article examines the chemical inactivation of Toxoplasma gondii oocysts in water. The study aims to assess the efficacy of two commonly used chemicals, sodium hypochlorite and ozone, to inactivate Toxoplasma gondii oocysts in water. Initially, mouse bioassay experiments were also conducted to compare the analytical sensitivity of three detection methods before completing the chemical inactivation experiments.
