The article focuses on the Collaborative Law (CL) which is a dispute resolution process by which parties and their lawyers enter into a binding contract. It mentions participation agreement acts as a contractual commitment to particular processes and behaviours and Disqualification Agreement (DA). It also mentions requirements delineated in the participation agreement such as good faith negotiation, disclosure of relevant information and confidentiality.
