- Abstract
The article focuses on the adenylyl cyclase stimulation by cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) in the infusorian Dileptus anser (D. anser) cell culture. Accordingly, the study applies the infusorians D. anser with 140-150 cells/ml culture density. It discusses the concept of cyclic adenosine monophosphate and its functions in the metabolism, differentiation, and apoptosis. It also focuses on the effects of cAMP on the activity of adenylyl cyclase system in the cell culture of Dileptus anser.
