- Authors
Joslin, Courtney G.
- Abstract
An essay is presented on parental status of same-sex parents as they move from one U.S. state to another. It explores the laws involving the assisted reproductive technologies (ART) used by the LGBT people in artificial insemination and in vitro fertilization. It cites the Full Faith and Credit Clause of the Constitution that protects the parentage status of same-sex partners in U.S. courts. It suggests the Congress to adopt an administrative system for the parentage of children born in ART.
