- Abstract
The article offers news briefs of events during November 7 to November 13, 2014. On November 7, 2014, Japan resumed nuclear power generation by restarting two reactors on the island of Kyushu. The US Department of Agriculture has decided on November 10 not to regulate the transgenic variety of potato. The US National Institutes of Health has sponsored a trial to research if babies infected by HIV in the womb can be treated with the antiretroviral therapy offered immediately after birth.
