- Title
Planetary science: Caught in the act.
- Authors
McKee, Maggie
- Abstract
The article presents some of the observations in the solar system during some rare occasions. Some planetary scientists note that the resplendence of Saturn's rings is difficult to reconcile with a lifetime. They wonder whether its B ring is young due to its brightness. Enceladus is regarded as a fairy moon as it sprinkles glittering ice trail from its watery geysers. Jupiter's moon Io harbors several volcanic features, some spew plumes of sulphur as well as sulphur dioxide.
