The article focuses on the relationship between the oil pollution and privacy injuries caused due to big data. Topics discussed include laws made for the regulation of oil pollution and climatic changes, impact of big data reduction on the privacy concerns and economic impact of big data on the right to privacy of the consumers. It further discusses the importance of the Glass House Effect in protecting the privacy rights of the consumers.
