- Abstract
The article reveals the essence of the concept of «integration», «consulting», «diagnostic and corrective consulting». The structure of the integrative training of correctional educator discussed. The main prerequisites for the formation of professional competence of correctional educators on issues of management of integrative correctional process defined. The author listed the integration form of training and education, integration technologies. In the context of special education, the term «consulting» is regarded as the implementation of management diagnostic - consultative and corrective process of any scale. The article reveals the features and value of knowledge diagnostic and corrective consulting in system of vocational training of correctional educator. The author analyzes the structural elements, types and components of consulting knowledge. Knowledge and skills of diagnostic and corrective consulting as the basis for an integrative professional competence of the correctional educator characterized. In the context of correctional activities under the consulting services will be understood providing a full range of correctional and educational services designed to improve the mental and physical health status. The main purpose of diagnostic and corrective consulting in the field of special education is to improve the quality of management, improving the efficiency of diagnostic and correctional and educational process as a whole, the effectiveness of rehabilitation and correctional activities and increase individual-personal potential of each participant in the correctional process. It was found that knowledge of diagnostic and corrective consulting provide readiness of the correctional educator for the organization, implementation and management of diagnostic, rehabilitation, propaedeutic, correctional, and consultative-enlightening activities. The author substantiates the necessity of mastering knowledge of diagnostic and corrective consulting in the preparation of a Master of Special Education.
