- Abstract
Change, continuous improvement and learning are of greatest importance for the company's long-term success. The following question arises: 'what is the best way to manage the change?' In addition, it is necessary to address the main aspects of the change management and to give guidance. Competitive advantage depends largely on the ability to activate and use organizational resources. As a result, the focus in the strategic management, organizational behavior and human resource management literature has turned to the internal capabilities of organizations. Nowadays, businesses create their own strategies for change and change management, often taking into account the following aspect: personal aspect, human resources, processes, and ways of change. The continuous process of transformation refers to activities on cost reduction, increase the quality and speed (reduce time). In terms of process improvement approaches, Kaizen and continuous improvement are the most important. Leadership and employees commitment, costumer satisfaction, training and education, as well as recognition and awards are highlighted in the literature as other important approaches that guarantee business success.
