- Abstract
Republic of Macedonia last few years, went a step forward in the prevention or conveniently located on new forms of criminal, given the fact that a few changes made to the Criminal Code, which introduced a new incrimination, adopted a new Code of Criminal a procedure which recently started applying make changes in the Law Execution of Sanctions for customization system of criminal sanctions changed in Criminal Code, make changes in the area of criminal-specific measures, but institutional changes they need to create conditions for the implementation of legislative changes. Therefore, the labor will be analyzed before, the transition from the previous concept of realization of the new criminal justice, not only in relating to certain forms of criminal-specific changes in the political and social system, but also to prevent new forms of crime in general The suppression of crime, particularly the heavier organized forms is not possible without a an efficient legal system that will provide protection to the vital values of a society and international community. The occurrence of severe forms in an organized criminal hinder development of a society, undermining the economic base, and thus the economic development and society in general. In the context of all this, as the subject of this work, and its processing, comes to the fore and the idea of finding a suitable system of criminal sanctions that would substantiate criminal policy in relation to the measures to be implemented apply criminal justice in order to prevent the modem forms of criminal, but also respect the principles and principles guaranteed, as and human rights.
