- Abstract
The article presents research on oviparous colubrid snake, Hierophis viridiflavus, found at a communal nestling site at Oriolo Romano, Viterbo in central Italy. The study examines dispersal patterns of hatchlings of the species from data culled over a 17-study utilizing the technique of radiotracking. It discusses findings that compared dispersal patterns from the hatchling site based on birth at weight and compares them with those of one-year old snakes. It explores the significance of the study on the growth of small and light snakes.
