- Abstract
The article discusses the provisions of the U.S. Constitution's Third Amendment, citing the court case Mitchell v. City of Henderson in which several residents of the city have filed a complaint against Henderson, Nevada and police officers in July 2013. Topics include the misconduct of police officers as they occupied and searched the home of the plaintiffs without warrant, the content of the Third Amendment, and provisions against forced quartering by soldiers drafted in the Bill of Rights.
