- Abstract
In this study of women with a history of CSP, we analyzed the outcomes of their subsequent intrauterine pregnancy, the recurrence of CSP and whether the recurrence was associated with previous treatment. Despite the risk of catastrophic consequences after a CSP, the cases in this study had good outcome, with a live birth in 62.5% of subsequent pregnancies and an 8.3% recurrence rate of CSP. Subsequent pregnancy outcomes in women with a history of Cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP) have not been well described.
