- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 62-year-old man who developed a rare case of acromegaly and ankylosis of the sacroiliac joints without ankylosing spondylitis. The patient presented with a history of acromegaly due to a pituitary adenoma when he was 33 years old. Topics covered include the symptoms of acromegaly and the recommended treatment.
