- Abstract
A person-centered high school programs must be planned to provide delinquency and crime prevention, and where the physical education department become a Personal Development Department. Focus must be on implementing programs that foster the increased development of the eight psychological dynamics typically absent in delinquents and prison inmates The Hall-Marks for Success in a Democracy Test (DEMO) can serve as an effective means for discovering the presence of such positive attributes, and as a measure of the effectiveness of the proposed high school personal-development programs.
