Abstract
The article focuses on the responsibilities of Justin Rock as operations analyst of Valley Baptist Health System in Harlingen, Texas and discusses the company's Customer Service Department which was created in June 2009 to address the firm's immediate strategic needs. He mentions how customer service has become a major pillar of their organization and how he has become a part of the team that aims to provide patients the most efficient and effective health care possible.
