- Abstract
The article reports on a proposal by J.O. Stewart Jr., a Baylor graduate, for a two-phased housing project in Zambia. Stewart has sent details about the proposal to the U.S. Agency for International Development. Stewart, president and chief executive officer (CEO) of Stewart Holdings, founded the construction company Community Capital Corp. to address the need for affordable housing in Mexico and other countries. He pointed out that Zambia was selected for the project because of the country's continued economic growth and political stability.
