- Abstract
The article focuses on the reflections of Finnish envoy Karl Gustaf Idman regarding the perceptions, mindsets, and stereotypes on the Romanian corruption. It says that lack of honesty among officials and their corruptibility were found within the politics of Romania. It states that Idman views that the domestic situation in Romania cannot be considered as satisfactory, if it will be judged by public perception. It adds that corruption in Romania lies within its justice system and courts.
