- Abstract
This paper presents the measurement circuits in terms of signal processing. One intends to analyze how the measuring signals are generated as linear modulated signals. In the field of the electrical measurement technique, the measurement information is often found incorporated into the amplitude of an amplitude modulated signal. The modulation is achieved both artificially and naturally. An artificial modulation is possible in view of the translation of the useful signal spectrum from the low frequency range - where „1/f” noise is located - to the medium frequency area, where this noise is no longer found. A natural modulation is achieved by using a primary measurement circuit; and is often the case of AC bridges and strain bridges.
