European trade mark law, Quo Vadis?
- Authors
Leppink, Willem
- Abstract
The author looks at the future of intellectual property law in the European Union (EU). Most practitioners can advise on most issues related to intellectual property because of the creation of the single European trade mark. The influence of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) on the European trade mark law is discussed. In addition, the author addresses the lack of support for measures in non-counterfeit cases.
