In this article the author talks about genesis and benefits of Human/Dolphin Interactions which eading to Dolphin Interaction Programs. Topics discussed include the success with such behaviors quickly led to training in other cetaceans and eventually with pinnipeds, beginning with California sea lions; and knowledge and experience gained in the training and benefits of medical behaviors became huge subjects of interest at the annual International Marine Animal Trainers Association conferences.
