- Abstract
evaluation is to determine the relative values of the jobs with respect to some factors such as skill, effort, education, responsibility and job conditions. Job evaluation provides to construct and develop a wage system structure by comparing job similarity and variability. In this study the fuzzy mathematical model developed by Gupta and Chakraborty [1] was applied to five key jobs. The model was solved with a suitable technique. The way how the obtained results can be applied to the evaluation of different jobs was presented. An effort has been made to optimize the decision by maximizing the min operator.
