- Abstract
The article addresses the way in which the New York State court of appeals (NYSCA) has grappled with the U.S. Supreme Court case Crawford v. Washington and its implication in the context of expert testimony and lab reports. It cites references from several NYSCA cases including People v. Goldstein, People v. Sugden, and People V. Stone.
