- Abstract
The article focuses on the context-based approach adopted by the International Military Tribunal (IMT) and the international community regarding the international criminal law regulation. Organizations have applied the General Assembly affirmation of the Nuremberg principles which were codified in the Rome of Statute of the International Criminal Court. It found that contextual elements for Crimes Against Humanity showed dynamism to change some evolving values of the organizations
