The article analyzes the Glass v. Nationstar Mortgage LLC opinion of the Florida Supreme Court regarding the entitlement to attorney's fees when the borrower prevails in litigation and highlights the problems for contractual actions created by the decision due to its handling of the standing rule, a standard defense in mortgage foreclosure.
