- Abstract
The article discusses the U.S. Supreme Court's (SCOTUS') reported failure to adopt or announce a code of judicial ethics for itself as of June 2013, focusing on information leaks and the SCOTUS' ruling in the 2012 case NFIB v. Sebelius which deals with the constitutionality of several health insurance law provisions in the nation's Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA). SCOTUS Chief Justice John Roberts and the Judicial Conference of the U.S.'s Code of Judicial Conduct.
