- Abstract
The article presents a study which aims to characterize the psoriasis-associated pustular phenotypes spectrum that are caused by IL36RN alleles. The study analyzed an extended collection of generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP) cases and the possibility that IL36RN may contribute to palmarplantar pustulosis (PPP) and acrodermatitis continua of hallopeau (ACH) was investigated. Results in the study showed the association of IL36RN with a phenotypic spectrum that encompasses ACH, PPP, and GPP.
