- Abstract
The article discusses the use of the Medpor Titan implant for the reconstruction of cranial base defects following acoustic neuroma surgery. It notes that the reconstruction of cranial defects helps restore the functionality of skull base, providing coverage of intradural structures and achieving optimal cosmesis. It indicates that the Medpor Titan cranioplasty has been shown to reduce postoperative headache in patients with cranial base defects.
