The article presents a case study of a 16-year-old Caucasian male with a year-long history of hoarseness attributed to pubertal changes. He was diagnosed to have a red submucosal mass extended inferiority from the anterior left false vocal fold with the use of flexible laryngoscopy. It mentionsthe use of laryngofissure to remove the tumor in a submucosal fashion of the patient.
